Aubertine and Currier provided Architectural and Engineering Services for the addition to the Countryside Veterinary Clinic. The project design was divided into two phases. Phase 1 included 3,650 square feet of new clinic space, featuring a new reception and waiting area, four exam rooms, two comfort rooms, administrative offices, a provider office, a locker room, and an individualized treatment room.

Phase 2 focused on interior renovations to the existing building. This phase included a revamped treatment area equipped with new equipment and an expanded breakroom for staff. Additionally, a new roof layout was designed, and modifications were made to the existing structure to accommodate the addition. The existing roof was upgraded with a new EPDM covering over rigid insulation, applied on top of the remaining metal roofing.

Aubertine & Currier was fortunate to team up with Jade Stone Engineering for MEP Design & MBL Engineering for Civil Design. A&C assisted through construction & provided construction administration to the project with DC Building Systems acting as the General Contractor.
