Construction Administration:
- Act as the owners representative to administer contracts
- Conduct bi-weekly job meetings and coordination of separate contracts
- Assemble and maintain construction schedules for budget
- Review of certificates for payment by the Construction Manager
- Daily field reports and maintain a photo log for the owner
- Provide transcripts of minutes to the owner and contractors for project meetings
Bidding Phase:
- Solicit Contractors for Contracts
- Distribute construction documents to the contractors
- Provide written addenda for all clarifications
- Review bids with owner and assist in selection of contractors
- Draft owner/contractor agreements for contracts
