Cambray Court Apartments

Aubertine and Currier was engaged to provide full Professional Design Services to create an approximate 12,000SF multifamily housing complex for United Helpers. The building design focused on creating accessible livings spaces, prioritized energy efficiency and incorporated aesthetic features to elevate tenant living.

The complex features:

• 4 ADA compliant accessible units
• 2 common laundry spaces
• Resident community space
• Sheltered trash, recycling and bus stop areas

Notable site work for the project included the creation of accessible walkways and parking areas and an efficient site lighting design to improve safety and visibility.
