SUCF SUNY Canton Chaney Dining Hall Renovation

A&C provided professional services that included Structural Engineering and Architectural support, ADA Code Compliance, Construction Administration and Inspections for the dining hall renovation aimed to modernize and increase accessibility within the facility.

The renovation included the installation of an ADA compliant elevator, exterior recladding, replacement of the outdated HVAC and chiller system with a new energy efficient system, installation of a new fire protection system, including sprinklers and fire alarms, reinforcement of the building's foundation, and a new kitchen and dining layout that supports efficient dining without service lines.
