WHA East Hills Apartment Renovations

Aubertine and Currier lead the renovation of East Hills (Building 9), a remarkable initiative put forward by the Watertown Housing Authority.

The renovation entailed a complete modernization of the building, incorporating a range of upgrades to enhance resident experience. Among the improvements are open floor plans, modern stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen layouts, new flooring, window and door replacements and installation of in-unit laundry facilities.

Additionally, a new boiler room addition was constructed to accommodate the installation of an energy-efficient HVAC system. This state-of-the-art equipment not only improves resident comfort but also significantly reduces operational costs, ensuring a sustainable and cost-effective solution.
